GlobalBees becomes a Unicorn with $111.5 million Series B funding

Globalbees, an e-commerce company has joined the unicorn club with an addition of $111.5 million in the Series B funding round. The funding round was led by Premji Invest in which some of the existing investors such as SoftBank and FirstCry participated as well. After the funding, the company’s total valuation stands at $1.1 billion. 

GlobalBees has become the 43rd Indian start-up to enter the Unicorn club this year. It is planning to use the funds to strengthen its product portfolio, product innovation, improve customer experience, hire new talent, and scale companies.

The company is planning to invest in over 100 brands across several verticals in the next three years.
