Gautam Adani Faces Another Decline in Net Worth

The richest man in Asia Gautam Adani saw another decline in his net worth, taking him to the 8th place in the billionaire’s index. Last week, the billionaire came down to 6th spot and to the 7th spot in the next two days. 

Now according to the latest data of the billionaire index, Gautam Adani has slipped to the eighth place among the top 10 billionaires. On the one hand, while Gautam Adani is making new and big deals, he is continuously taking his steps forward, on the other hand, his dominance in the list of billionaires seems to be decreasing. 

If we look at the figures, the chairman of Adani Group has suffered a loss of $2.56 billion in the last 24 hours. After this fall, his net worth came down to below $100 billion. 

Sergey Brin, an American business magnate has overtook Gautam Adani taking the 7th spot on the billionaires index with an increase of $2.47 billion taking his net worth to $101 billion. 

Gautam Adani is followed by the former Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer on 9th spot with a net worth of $92.4 billion and Larry Ellison, co-founder and CEO of Oracle Corporation on 10th spot with $89.1 billion net worth.
