News Synopsis

Three Ola Experience Centres will open in Delhi, according to Electric Vehicle giant Ola Electric. They are at Ram Nagar, Todarmal Colony, and Khanpur in Delhi.

This increases the capital city's total number of experience centres to 14.

The experience centres in Delhi may be found among other places in Pitampura, Dwarka, Shahdara and Uttam Nagar. The business said last month that 50 Experience Centres would operate across India, including in Visakhapatnam, JP Nagar, Saharanpur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jodhpur, Varanasi and many more towns.

These locations will provide interested buyers the chance to test-drive Ola S1 and S1 Pro e-scooters and gain a thorough understanding of the purchase procedure. The Ola App has comprehensive information on financing choices as well.

The business said in a statement that Ola is on target to reach 500 Retail Touchpoints by the end of April. Additionally, by August 15 the EV powerhouse wants to have reached 1,000 Offline Touchpoints.

Ola Cabs a ride-hailing company controlled by Bhavish Aggarwal, has approximately 60% market share compared to Ola Electric's 30% market share.

In an interview with Business Today's Sourav Majumdar, Aggarwal also discussed the company's aspirations for an IPO, its massive push towards electrification, and other topics.

"Last year, we attempted to list it, but we were unsuccessful. We'll get to it shortly. Then, Ola Electric the four-wheeler EV firm in terms of revenue to become India's top EV company, and last year we extended our front-end and back-end production. We began selling in January of last year. Ola Electric had a highly busy year in the previous year. It's a large project, and it was incredibly exciting. I have been quite positive about India's need to lead the world in electrification—not just hopeful, but aggressively so, he said.
