During Global Investor Summit, Uttar Pradesh Received Investment Worth 33.5 lakh Crore

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated on Sunday that Uttar Pradesh is the safest place to invest and that investment proposals worth 33.5 lakh crore were received at the Global Investors Summit 2023. He added that this year, all 75 of the state's districts have received investment proposals, in contrast to previous years when only a few districts in and around the National Capital Region (NCR) got benefits.

The Chief Minister further stated that 93 lakh new job opportunities will be created in the state as a result of the investment proposals. The government is aiming to build Uttar Pradesh the nation's largest economy, he continued, and it will soon have a trillion-dollar economy 

"The investment that will come into Uttar Pradesh will foster development. Investment proposals worth ₹33.5 lakh crore were received at the Global Investors Summit. With this investment, 93 lakh jobs and employment will also be created,"  he stated 

On the last day of the summit, President Droupadi Murmu gave a speech and stated that Uttar Pradesh is "competent and ready" to become India's growth engine.

"investment proposals worth ₹9.54 lakh crore and ₹4.28 lakh crore have been received for the state's Purvanchal and Bundelkhand regions". the Chief Minister continued.

To ensure the proper execution of all investment projects, the ministries and government representatives of Uttar Pradesh will collaborate. The government, according to Yogi Adityanath, operates under the "mantra" of "reform, perform, and transform."

The government of Uttar Pradesh has developed single-window programmes including "Nivesh Sarathi," "Nivesh Mitra," "Mukhyamantri Udyami Mitra," and "Incentive Monitoring System" to help business entrepreneurs from contract signing to project implementation.

The Chief Minister continued by saying that as Uttar Pradesh's peace and order has improved, investors are drawn to the state. "the compassion of the prime minister is helping in furthering industrial investment", he added, adding that the potential in the state is endless.
