Technology-enabled platform, DotPe has added 55,000 new merchants in the last 20 days. The platform has secured a triple-digit growth and has enabled retail merchants to clock a 139% growth in orders. It already has 7.5 million retailers across tier 1, 2 and 3 cities.

The platform helps merchants to scale up their operations by providing holistic solutions across several processes. It includes creating a webstore, online delivery and payment, store management, and providing the requisite marketing management tools. 

The co-founder of DotPe, Shailaz Nag has said that the third wave can bring further uptick to the business. It had already onboarded 55,000 merchants within the last 20 days, growing at a rate of 20%. The platform aims at empowering 30 million retailers in India with a customer base of 1.3 billion.

The company has said that most of the traction is from Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh. The startup has expanded its operations in pan-India in a short period of time. It largely focuses on Maharashtra. DotPe has become India’s third-largest domain seller. The platform is eyeing over 100% growth in the current year with an employee base of 500.
