A star-studded event honoring the Queen's Platinum Jubilee will feature Diana Ross, Queen, Adam Lambert, Duran Duran, and Sir Rod Stewart. In front of Buckingham Palace, Alicia Keys, Hans Zimmer, Mabel, and Eurovision winner Sam Ryder will perform. The Platinum Party at the Palace will be televised on BBC One on June 4th and will be watched live by 22,000 people. Brian May, the guitarist for Queen, will return 20 years after performing on the palace roof for the Golden Jubilee. The renowned musical trio, led by Lambert, will perform to commemorate the monarch's 70th year on the throne.

May intimated in a statement that he would show up in an unexpected location this time, saying: "There was a time when I wondered where you could go after the top of Buckingham Palace. You'll have to wait and see!" Veteran soul singer Ross will close the show, saying she is "extremely happy to be invited to play on such a big and historic occasion." Craig David, Ella Eyre, Elbow, Jax Jones, Celeste, Andrea Bocelli, Sigala, and Nile Rogers are among the other artists on the lineup.
