China Launches 3 Remote Sensing Satellites

News Synopsis

India's neighboring country China is already ahead in terms of technology. China has once again successfully launched three new Remote Sensing Satellites on Thursday. This launch was done from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center located in Sichuan Province of southwest China. 

The satellites have been sent into space as the second batch of the Yaogan-35 family. The Long March-2D Carrier Rocket played a role in taking them to space. All the satellites have been successfully launched into orbit. According to the report of Xinhua Government News Agency, China's state news agency these satellites will be used especially in science experiments, land resource surveys, agricultural products to assess the yield of agricultural products, and disaster prevention. 

According to the information, this was the 424th launch of the Long March series carrier rocket. Earlier on November 6, China had launched a batch of 3 Yaogan-35 satellites. The Long March Carrier Rocket Series is developed by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC).
