BMW Drives in New SUV Coupe X4 in India

German automaker, BMW has launched the updated version of SUV Coupe X4 in India starting at an ex-showroom price of Rs 70.5 lakh. The petrol trim is priced at Rs 70.5 lakh while the diesel variant is at Rs 72.5 lakh.

The company has said that it has refreshed the sports activity coupe (SAC) with design elements and has added new equipment and features. The new X4 is locally produced at its Chennai-based plant and will be available in diesel and petrol variants at all BMW dealerships across India. 

The president of BMW Group India, Vikram Pawan has said that the X4 popularised the distinctive sports activity coupe concept in India. It instantly became the vehicle of choice for customers who have a unique style that stands out from the rest of the crowd.

According to the company, this model is available in a limited number of Black Shadow Editions. The X4's 3-litre diesel engine delivers 265hp and accelerates the car from 0-100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds. The 2-litre gasoline engine, on the other hand, delivers 252 hp and accelerates the car from 0-100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds.
