As the business began to shift toward digitalization, Infosys began focusing on reskilling people three to four years ago. While digital enterprises provided 25-27 percent of total income in 2018, they now account for 50 percent of total income and are growing at a rate of 40 percent. Eighty percent of our workers in our new digital firms are internal. Infosys began its journey to becoming a Live Enterprise, or an agile organization, around three years ago. As a result, it created the LeX platform, which assists its employees in accelerating their talent transformation journey. LeX is utilized by about 90% of Infosys workers, with 25,000 users each day on average. Because the situation is still fluid, there is no definite time frame for staff to return to work. Some employees will work from home in the future, while others will remain in the office. As a result, Shankar feels that "the entire ecosystem surrounding individuals must operate '' for them to return to work.
