Apple May Skip the Launch of the iPhone 14 Mini

As people are looking forward to this year's new Apple iPhones, the media reported on Monday that the aluminum model of the iPhone 14 series appeared on social media without the iPhone 14 mini.

According to AppleInsider, physical mockups of Apple smartphones are beginning to emerge, "the mockups of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max show that there is little to learn other than existing rendering." 

The four models posted on China's social media platform Weibo show the bump marks left by the edit, each labeled with the model and screen size.

Tech-giant Apple plans to launch the iPhone 14 with satellite connectivity options for emergencies. According to a previous GizmoChina report, satellite connectivity allows users to report accidents by sending text messages or SOS responses over the satellite network, similar to its smartwatches.
