Apple Delays Digital-ID Scheme Till 2022

Apple has delayed the digital-ID scheme feature till early 2022. The company announced the feature in September. It will allow the residents in eight states in the USA to have their State IDs and Driver’s license inside their Apple wallets. The company has said that it was trying to have sole control over how states implement the feature but the reports have come out that the new feature will come at a cost for the users.  Apple has not confirmed a release date for the feature but it is assumed that the feature will be released by early 2022.
