Amazon Alexa is facing issues responding to Voice Commands

Alexa, the virtual assistant from Amazon is facing an outage that is affecting the response and tasks performance of the device. Many users have shared their complaints on Twitter saying that Alexa is not working properly. 

An outages tracking website, Down Detector has confirmed that Alexa is not working properly and is responding with, “Sorry, I’m having trouble understanding right now. Please try again later.”

Many users have also complained about it showing a red light ring instead of the regular blue one which shows that the device is offline. The services of Amazon Alexa are also down in the UK and in some parts of Europe as well.

Most of the complaints came in from the UK, where users mostly faced the issue related to server connection while some of them complained about the website and the application.
