News Synopsis

Actlogica, a wealth and investment management platform has raised Rs 3 crore in its seed funding round from Zerodha-backed Rainmatter Capital

Ameet Ayare and Archana Anoor founded Actlogica in 2015 to serve wealth and investment management professionals. Investment managers need the support of a variety of tools to keep their business alive. Not only to monitor market movements and take workarounds, but also to make sure they are in compliance and, most importantly, to build a sustainable business.

Their first wealth management product, FinFlo Enterprise, is an investor-centric product with process flexibility and CFA-inspired reporting standards. FinFlo's goal is to allow users to place orders, make payments, report, and invoice. All in one place without using multiple systems.

The company's other product, Investa, is API-first mutual fund CAS analysis and reporting software for investment trusts. Anyone with a CAS statement can instantly upload, analyze and create performance reports for their investments in CAS files.
