News Synopsis

Smartphone Manufacturing company, Vivo is all set to launch its Y33s 5G smartphone in China. The smartphone will feature MediaTek’s Di mesity700 processor. The phone will come with 5G connectivity. It has a 6.58 inch LCD display. The phone comes in a plastic frame with a polycarbonate back. To keep your device secure, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. To keep you going through the day, it has a 5,000 mAh battery. The phone is going to come in three variants, a 4GB + 128GB storage, 6GB + 128GB storage and a 8GB + 128GB variant and these have been priced at CNY 1,299 (Approximately Rs 15,500), CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs 16,500), CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs 19,100), respectively. It runs on the Android 12 operating system. The smartphone gets a dual camera setup in 13MP + 2 MP configuration for crystal clear photographs and videos. On the front, it features an 8MP selfie camera. The phone comes with two sim slots. It also supports 18W fast charging. Storage of this smartphone can be increased by inserting an SD card. However, it is not clear whether Vivo will launch this smartphone in the global market including India.
