V.V.S. Laxman Can be The Next NCA Head

A senior BCCI official has confirmed on Sunday that the former cricketer V.V.S. Laxman will be the next NCA Head. He will take over the position of cricketer colleague Rahul Dravid. 

Laxman has recently quit the role of mentor of the IPL team Sunrisers Hyderabad. Laxman can be appointed as the head of the National Cricket Academy before the Annual General Meeting of BCCI that will be held on December 4. The BCCI has said that it is looking forward to the smooth working between the Indian Chief Coach and NCA head. The new NCA head will also need to look into the preparations of the India U-19 and ‘A’ teams.
