T20 World Cup Finally Happening In 2021 And 2022

The T20 Cricket World Cup tournament that is supposed to be held after every 2 years is finally going to start this year. After the past 5 years now, T20 World Cup is going to be conducted. T20 World Cup, a new format of cricket that was introduced in 2007 happens every two years. But due to some planning changes, International Cricket Council wasn’t able to conduct the game after 2016. And last year the world went through the covid-19 pandemic, which again prevented the game from happening. Now, after a delay of five years, good news has been announced for the T20 World Cup fans that two world cups will be held consecutively in the year 2021 and 2022. There have been a total of 6 T20 World Cups in the past years and India, Pakistan, England, and Sri Lanka have won the tournament along with West Indies being a two-time champion of the tournament.
