Samvardhana Motherson signs MoU with Valeo

On Tuesday, Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Group announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Valeo for lighting solutions. Valeo is a French automaker supplier company. Samvardhana Motherson is a part of the Motherson Group. According to this new agreement, Motherson’s latest cabin interior modules and surfaces will be integrated with French’s automaker innovative lighting solutions. This new technology will also be used to redesign other components of automobiles. Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Chairman of Motherson said that using Valeo's technology with Motherson products will offer class-leading interior lighting solutions. Maurizio Martinelli, President of Visibility Systems Business Group, of the Valeo Group, said: "Our partnership with Motherson is a concrete illustration of Valeo's DNA: developing innovations that make mobility smarter and safer, to provide both drivers and passengers a state-of-the-art traveling experience."
