S Jaishankar Meets Foreign Ministers of US and Russia in G-20 Meeting

Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met his American counterpart Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Let us tell you that this meeting took place during the meeting of foreign ministers of G-20 countries in Bali. After the meeting, America described India as a big partner country. In this regard, it was said from Russia that it will strengthen its relations with India at every level.

The US has been told that Blinken's meeting with Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar discussed joint efforts to eliminate the global effects of Russia's unprovoked attack against Ukraine. Blinken welcomed India's decision to join the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework. There has also been talk between the two about the upcoming G-20 meeting under the leadership of India.

Mr. Jaishankar has given brief information through his Twitter handle that he had discussions with Blinken on global and regional issues. Regarding the meeting with Lavrov, Mr. Jaishankar has informed that issues related to bilateral interests were discussed between them. He has also discussed the Ukraine dispute and Afghanistan.
