Now You Can Book 24 Tickets in a Month With One IRCTC User ID

Railway, while changing the rules for booking online tickets, has now allowed 24 tickets to be booked from one IRCTC user ID in a month from IRCTC user ID, earlier this number was 12. Indian Railways has made some changes in the rules of ticket booking. Frequent travellers are going to benefit from the change in rules. However, for this, it is necessary for them to link their User ID with Aadhaar Card. If you do not do this, then you will not be able to take advantage of the new facility.

A statement said that the maximum limit of tickets that can be booked in a month by Aadhaar linked user ID has been increased to 24 and also, one of the passengers whose name will be there in the ticket to be booked. Verification should be done through Aadhaar.

To link IRCTC account with your Aadhaar, first, go to the official website of IRCTC at https://irctc.co.in, then log in to your account, then on the home page you will find 'My Account' option. Complete your KYC by clicking on 'Link Your Aadhaar'. After the KYC is completed, your Aadhaar will be linked with the IRCTC account.
