News Synopsis

NoBroker, the real estate aggregator has made it to the unicorn club with a valuation of over a billion dollars. The startup has become the first-ever real estate startup to enter the unicorn club. The company has raised $210 million, being the largest funding ever raised by the company.

The company claims to have more than 75 lakh properties and 10,000 residential societies on its platform. With this fundraiser, the company has become the 38th startup to enter the unicorn club this year. 

NoBroker is the real estate aggregator that allows users to buy, sell and rent properties. It was founded by the Indian Institute of Technology alumni Amit Agrawal, Akhil Gupta, and Saurabh Gupta in 2013.
