Most Expensive Apartment Sold For $82 Billion In Hong Kong

Wharf Holdings Ltd. and Nan Fung Development Ltd. sold an apartment at Mount Nicholson for HK$640 million ($82.2 million). The cost of the apartment has made it the most expensive apartment in Asia. The luxurious apartment comes with three parking spaces and is measured to be 4,544 square feet. 

The buyers of the apartment are Alice Ho and Sabrina Ho along with Edwin Leong. Mount Nicholson is one of the ultra-luxury developments in Hong Kong. The peak, where the apartment is situated, is known to have a scarcity of land which makes the apartment even more exclusive.
