Maruti Suzuki, the largest carmaker in India has announced a price hike of its vehicles by up to 4.3% due to the rise in the input costs. The company has increased the prices of different models ranging from 0.1% to 4.3% with the increase in the different input costs.

Maruti Suzuki India sells a range of products from Alto to S-Cross. It has already hiked the prices of its cars three times during the last year. 

The carmaker has said that the company has to increase the prices due to the rise in the prices of essential commodities like steel, aluminium, copper, plastic, and other precious metals that are necessary for the production of automobiles.
