Ed Sheeran will be the latest celebrity to read a CBeebies Bedtime Story, narrating the story of a boy who, like him, has a stutter. He'll read Jordan Scott and Sydney Smith's I Talk Like a River. The narrative follows a little child whose father assists him by explaining that his words flow like a river. "I hope the story helps inspire and assist other youngsters who stammer," Sheeran stated, adding that he was "delighted" to read the story.

CBeebies Bedtime Stories airs on the CBeebies channel on weekdays at 18:50 BST and is also available on BBC iPlayer.
Sheeran said in 2015 at a New York fundraiser for the American Institute Of Stuttering that learning to rap like Eminem helped him overcome his childhood stammer, according to NME. Following the release of his new album '=' (Equals), Sheeran's narrative will air on Friday, November 5th.
