The all-new generation of the Kia Seltos has officially been unveiled. The 2026 Kia Seltos comes with major upgrades at the front. The SUV now features a redesigned grille, updated headlamp setup, modern DRLs, and a new bumper with silver accents. More muscular bonnet lines and newly designed alloy wheels make the front profile more premium. Kia has confirmed that the 2026 Seltos will be available in 10 single-tone exterior color options.

Kia Seltos 2026: Booking and Price Details

Kia has announced that bookings for the 2026 Seltos will begin tonight at 12 AM. However, the company has not revealed the pricing during today’s launch. Kia confirmed that full pricing details will be shared separately on January 2. Starting tonight, customers can book the SUV by paying a token amount of ₹25,000.

Kia Seltos 2026: Engine and Powertrain Options

Kia has revealed that the 2026 Seltos will come with three engine options — a normal petrol engine, a turbo-petrol engine, and a turbo-diesel engine. All three engines are 1.5-litre units.

• The normal petrol engine produces 115 PS power and 144 Nm torque.

• The turbo-petrol engine is more powerful, generating 160 PS power and 253 Nm torque.

• The diesel engine delivers 116 PS power and 250 Nm torque.

These are the same engines currently offered with the existing Seltos and are similar to the ones used in the Hyundai Creta. The company has not shared any details about an electric version of the Seltos yet.

Kia has confirmed that the 2026 Seltos will be available in HTE, HTK, HTX, and GTX trim levels. Along with standard variants, the company is offering optional add-on packages. Buyers can personalize features by choosing from Convenience, Premium, ADAS, and X-Line design packages.

The interior of the new-generation Kia Seltos has been completely redesigned. It now features a new steering wheel, a large floating dual-screen setup (infotainment + digital cluster), and enhanced ambient lighting. The 2026 Seltos also comes with three traction modes — Snow, Mud, and Sand — which automatically adjust traction control based on road conditions for a safer and more comfortable drive.
