News Synopsis

Kellogg's Company is going to expand its business. Kellogg, the maker of Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies, and Eggo's, is going to split to form three new companies. The company will focus on expanding its business to make Cereal, Snack, and Plant-Based Food Products. Let us tell you that Kellogg's Corn Flakes and snacks are popular all over the world. However, now Kellogg has decided to form a separate company for its different business.

Kellogg’s is the owner company of Morningstar Firm, which is a plant-based food maker firm. In such a situation, the company said on Tuesday that a new company based on cereals and plant-based food will be formed under the new name, which will be established by the end of the next year. As the new companies are formed, Kellogg's corporate headquarters will be moved from Battle Creek, Michigan to Chicago.

Earlier three companies, General Electric, IBM, and Johnson & Johnson have also decided to split into three companies but such a division is rarely seen in the field of food producers. The first such split was seen in 2012 when Kraft split to form Mondelez.
