Jeep India Planning to Launch New Products in 2022

Jeep India, the company that managed to raise its profits by 130% even after the pandemic, has announced its plans to launch more products in 2022. The head of Jeep India, Nipun Mahajan has said that the company is looking forward to expanding the markets.

Inspired by the face lifted version of the SUV Compass and the locally assembled Wrangler in February 2021, Jeep India has clocked sales of 12,136 units in 2021 as compared to 5,282 units in 2020, marking a 130 percent growth in its vehicle sales.

 Jeep is a part of the portfolio of brands offered by leading automaker and mobility provider, Stellantis. Currently, the two products in the Indian portfolio of the Jeep brand are the Compass and the Wrangler. Compass has been produced at Ranjangaon near Pune since June 2017. The company started the local assembly of the Wrangler in mid-March last year.
