News Synopsis

The chip shortage has led many Tech and Auto-mobile companies to cut their production. It has also affected the production of Jaguar Land Rover, the British Luxury Car that is owned by Tata Motors has also decided to cut the production this quarter. The chip shortage has resulted in the loss of billions of revenue due to the continuous cut in production.

The reports say that a surge of 20% can be seen at the beginning of the financial year 2022, but a dip from last year's volume can still be seen. This can result in the Jaguar Land Rover's value dropping to its lowest in eight years. According to analysts if the company is able to deal with the chip shortage in the second half the wholesale volume can be 90,000-95,000 units in the third quarter and 120,000-125,000 units in the fourth quarter.
