A big stalwart of the IT Sector has said something significant about the youth jobs in Agneepath Scheme. Nandan Nilekani, co-founder and chairman of one of the largest IT company Infosys has said that the government has come up with this scheme to give military experience to the youth of the nation. He has supported the Agneepath scheme of the central government.

Infosys Chairman Nilekani has said that the company will follow its own selection process for the appointment of Agniveers retiring from the Agneepath scheme. In the Annual General Meeting i.e. AGM, he has also said that the government has come up with this scheme to give youth the opportunity to serve the country. Infosys understands the results and prospects of this central plan. Nilekani further said that he believes that the Agneepath scheme gives an opportunity to the youth to start their career in a highly disciplined environment.

Along with this, this scheme will also provide them an opportunity to develop skills for future careers. Talented people always get a place in Infosys. Under Agneepath scheme, those who retire after three years of reinstatement will also get a place in Infosys.
