India's Exports Will Reach $750 Bn In 2022-23 : Piyush Goyal

According to Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, India's goods and services exports are projected to reach more than $750 billion in the current fiscal year.

He also stated that discussions with several nations to enhance rupee trade are nearing completion.  Goyal made the remarks while speaking at the CII Partnership Summit in the national capital on Monday. The three-day summit began on Monday.

"Sustainability has been at the core of G20 agenda for several years now, the core of all multilateral and bilateral engagements over the last few years, but for India, sustainability is a way of life," he stated.

According to the Minister, partnerships between citizens, communities, and nations may jointly contribute to a more stable and prosperous future when they work together in the spirit of cooperation, collaboration, and occasionally competition.

South Korea's Commerce Minister, Dukgeun Ahn, stated on the occasion that India is the world's greatest source of human talent and excellent engineers in the IT sector, including Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.

He said that India has been successful in generating favourable business circumstances through its 'Make in India'  and 'Self-Reliant India' policies, which have played a critical role in developing a robust global supply chain.

According to United Arab Emirates Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, global challenges demand global solutions and cannot be handled by a single nation or a small group of states since they require considerable tangible actions.

He stated that the UAE is committed to working with international partners bilaterally and multilaterally to address global issues and create a more sustainable and prosperous future for everybody.
