ICICI Bank Allows Online Payments of Custom Duty

ICICI Bank has said announced that the bank is now facilitating online payments of customs duty, which will benefit both the retail and corporate customers. The bank has allowed corporate customers to pay customs duty through its corporate internet banking and mobile banking app InstaBIZ. Retail customers can make payments with the bank’s retail internet banking platform.

The Indian Customs Electronic Gateway has said in a statement that customers can make payments by selecting ICICI Bank from the list of the banks on the website. 

The Head of ICICI Bank, Hitesh Sethia has said that this facility will allow millions of ICICI Bank customers to conveniently pay the customs duty digitally through the ICEGATE website.
