Hero MotoCorp Invests Rs 420 Crore in Electric Vehicle Company

Hero MotoCorp is planning an investment of Rs 420 crore in the electric vehicle company, Ather Energy. The board of Hero MotoCorp has approved the investment. The company already has a 34.8% stake in Ather Energy and after this investment, the shareholdings will be increased.

The electric two-wheeler space is heating as the startups and traditional automotive companies are continuously engaged in launching new products. Ola Electric has started delivering its electric vehicle Ola S1 Pro and Bounce has also revealed its electric scooter, Infinity that works on a battery swapping model.
