Reduction in Pendency and Achieving Targets
Special Campaign 4.0 successfully reduced pendency in the central secretariat, with most ministries and departments achieving 90-100 percent of their targets. Officials have been encouraged to continue the momentum throughout the year and integrate these practices into daily operations.

The special campaign concluded on October 31, 2024, with exceptional results. The evaluation phase will commence on November 14, 2024, to assess the outcomes and gather final data.
