Italian leader in business and technology consulting Sysdata has a strong client and service base. Globant will increase its clientele in Italy as a result of this transaction, strengthening its ties to Sysdata's long-standing customers.

It was recently reported by Globant, a provider of digitally native technology services, that it had acquired Sysdata, an Italian business and technology consultant that specializes in facilitating digital transformation. Since it was established in 1980, the business has grown its service portfolio and customer base.

Globant expands its foothold in Europe and enters Italy with this acquisition. Simultaneously, it will keep accelerating its leadership position in the delivery of digital and cognitive transformation for some of the most well-known businesses in the world.

With more than 300 employees and a foundation in Bologna, Italy, Sysdata offers advisory services and complete digital transformation projects to blue-chip businesses in important sectors including banking, insurance, automobiles, energy, and retail.
