Foxconn to Resume Operations this Week with Corrective Measures

News Synopsis

After being shut down for three weeks due to the protests regarding food poisoning, Foxconn, the iPhone manufacturing unit in Tamil Nadu is once again. Apple Inc and Foxconn both have come out with statements saying that corrective measures are taken and a rigorous monitoring system is also maintained to make sure that such incidents do not happen again.

The company has also said that the facility will remain under probation and it will continue to monitor the conditions very closely. Foxconn has also said that they are working on the improvements and are trying to fix the issue in the dormitory facilities at Sriperumbudur and will also enhance the services that the company provides to its employees.
