14% Rise In Employment In Quarter 3 Of 2021: Report

A report of Micheal Page India has shown that the employment in India has shown a rise of 14% in the third quarter of the year. According to the report, the hiring in the months of October and September has shown a rise, mainly in Engineering and Manufacturing along with the Technology sectors. 

It has also led to an increase in economic activities. Not only the engineering and technology sectors but Legal and Human Resources have also shown a rise in job opportunitis. The growth rate is much better as compared to last year. This increase is seen in the post-pandemic, which saw a surge in the hiring process with faster decision making. 

The Managing Director of Michael Page India, Nicolas Dumoulin has said that this process started in the months of February and March when the hiring process was intense and has continued to increase from January to September.
