Force Motors partners with ASDC to enhance the Skill Set of Dealership Employees

News Synopsis

Automobile company, Force Motors announced that it has joined hands with the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) to hire and enhance the skill set of employees at its dealerships. In its statement, the Pune-based company informed that it has signed a service agreement with ASDC in this regard. Ashutosh Khosla, President of Sales, Service, and Marketing of Force Motors in a statement said: "Through this strategic service agreement, we will work with ASDC to further upskill the workforce at all our authorized sales and service outlets."

He further informed that the industry is witnessing an era of new technologies and this will continue in the future as well. Mr. Khosla further commented: "Being a large employer, there will be an increased demand for skilled manpower, which this association will help us meet."

After the deal, the Chief Executive Officer of the ASDC company, Arindam Lahiri said that this collaboration will allow their firm to up-skill a large amount of youth and can gainfully be employed at  Force Motors dealerships. Currently, Force Motors sells Gurkha, Trax, and Traveller in the Indian market. It also has a manufacturing partnership with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Rolls-Royce Power Solutions.
