June was while a searing heatwave hit the Pacific bank of the United States and Canada. It killed 500 individuals and deteriorated air quality in the area for the subsequent two months as harmful flames began afterward.

The lady went to visit Dr. Kyle Merritt at the trauma center office at Kootenay Lake Hospital in Nelson, British Columbia. "She has diabetes. She shows some feelings of heart dysfunction. She lives in a trailer, no cooling," Merritt told the Times Colonist, based out of Victoria, British Columbia.

"Every last bit of her medical issues have all been declined. Also, she's truly battling to remain hydrated."

The lady was asthmatic and the heatwave had made it much harder for her in her respiratory functions. It was then that Merritt composed environmental change in his patient's diagram.
