News Synopsis

A small group of Twitter users is urging Elon Musk to deactivate all Teslas in Russia. The requests started coming after the country invaded Ukraine on February 24. In a series of tweets, several users asked Elon Musk to turn off every single Tesla in Russia.

Users asked him to turn off and deactivate all Teslas in Russia in an effort to stop the country and its president, Vladimir Putin, from doing what they are doing in Ukraine. Elon Musk has not responded to the tweets yet.

Elon Musk has been helping Ukrainians by providing them with internet access. Refugees can also access free charging for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles in neighbouring countries. He announced last week that Starlink will provide Ukraine with its internet services after the military action disrupted the internet across the country.
