Cryptocurrency Exchange CoinDCX plans to grow its team in 2022

The first Indian crypto company to get the unicorn title, CoinDCX is looking forward to growing its employee base by 10 times seeing the growth in the cryptocurrency sector in India. The company is planning to increase the number of members in its team from 300 to 3000. 

The Chief Marketing Officer at Coin DCX Ramalingam Subramanian has said that the company is hiring across all roles from tech to non-tech, product, and marketing. The employee ratio of the company has seen 15 times growth in 2021. 

According to NASSCOM, a technology lobby group, the crypto tech market of India is expected to hit $241 million by 2030, and can create an estimated 877,000 jobs. According to GitHub, India is the second-largest blockchain developer in the world after the United States and the bigger potential lies within 5.8 million developers in India.

CoinDCX is still engaging with many ecosystem partners, who are giving these courses to ensure that the talent gets access to quality re-skilling initiatives that have been built by top-class startups in India.
