Colliers Hires Ashwini Sharma

Colliers, a professional services and investment management firm, has named Ashwini Sharma as senior director and team leader of its capital markets and investment services team in Gurugram, effective immediately. Sharma will be in charge of expanding Colliers' CMIS capabilities across land, assets, and investments in the North India region, as well as identifying new business opportunities by leveraging his industry experience and strong network.

Sharma has over 17 years of extensive business development and transaction experience and a track record of delivering results across multiple markets. Sharma is a well-known name in the industry, both on the advisory and client sides. He specializes in investment banking, new/stressed project acquisitions, land sales, joint development/venture transactions, and business consulting assignments across all real estate segments.

Sharma comes from Tribeca Developers, where he was the director of business development. He previously held senior positions with other international property consulting firms in India.
