Cigniti Technologies will acquire Aparaa Digital

According to a report published by The Times of India,

a digital assurance and quality engineering services company, Cigniti Technologies is planning to acquire Aparaa Digital. Aparaa Digital is a leading AI/ML, Data engineering, Analytics, and Blockchain services company.

The company operates under the brand name RoundSqr. The acquisition of Aparaa Digital by Cigniti Technologies will happen in an all-cash deal for $4.8 million.

Hyderabad-based ApaarFounded

has rich experience in managing medium to large digital transformation projects.
