A Boeing 737 aircraft of China Eastern Airlines with flight number MU5735 has crashed in Guangxi, southern China on Monday afternoon. The said plane was to be seven years old. According to the State Media of China, there were 132 people on board. At the current moment, there is no information on whether there were any survivors. The aircraft was reported to have crashed into a mountainous area in Wuzhou. China Eastern and aviation officials in China confirmed the crash of the Boeing 737. According to data from FlightRadar24, the plane lost contact with the officials around 2:22 p.m. and its altitude was 3,225 ft. The Plane took off from Kunming Changshui International Airport at 1:11 p.m. and was bound to land at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport at 3:10 p.m. Civil Aviation Administration of China informed that the plane was carrying 123 passengers and nine crew members. According to Data from FlightRadar24.com which is a flight-tracking website, the plane started to dive while it was traveling around 523 miles per hour (842 kilometers per hour) and was cruising at 30,000 feet. On Monday evening, the Guangzhou fire department informed that they were dispatching emergency squads to the crash site.
