Carl Pei fundraising of OnePlus has announced that his Nothing Tech has raised $70 million in its latest fund raising round. With this, the total fund raised has reached $144 million. His Company is also set to launch an event on March 23rd called ‘The Truth’ to launch the roadmap of the coming financial year. Carl Pei, the co-founder, and chief executive officer of Nothing in a statement said: “With this round of financing, we have the fuel to realize the next phase of our vision of a seamless digital future. Our first year was a warmup, and we can’t wait to reveal what we’re building at Nothing during the upcoming event.” EQT Ventures led the Series B to fundraise for the company. It has also invested in another tech company called Instabox. C Ventures also invested in Nothing Tech. C Ventures has earlier also invested in Casetify, Animoca Brands, among others. GV earlier known as Google Ventures, and iPod inventor Tony Fadell’s Future Shape also participated in this funding round. According to the rumors, Nothing could launch their smartphones very soon.
