Bharti Airtel acquired 25% stake in Lavelle Networks

Bharti Airtel has acquired around a 25% equity stake in Lavelle Networks to strengthen the Network as a service portfolio. 'ScaleAOn-SD-WAN' platform of Lavelle Networks has connected several Indian enterprises including the largest financial institutions of India to e-commerce networks.
The CEO and director of Airtel, Ajay Chitkara has said that the company is positioned to serve the needs of the fast-growing digital economy with its end-to-end solutions play and brand trust. According to Frost & Sullivan's data, the SD-WAN market in India is expected to grow at a CAGR of 55% from 2022 to 2026.
Under its NaaS portfolio, the company will offer software-defined connectivity solutions from Lavelle Networks and co-create a host of innovations as part of its NaaS platform. It currently serves over a million businesses with its integrated technology portfolio.
Google and Bharti Airtel also announced a multi-year agreement to boost the digital ecosystem of India with its $700 million investment to acquire 1.28% in Airtel and up to %300 million for its commercial agreements.
