News Synopsis

Apple, a major tech company in the United States, has announced that the Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) event will be held from June 6th to June 10th this year.

According to GSM Arena,  the annual event focuses on developers, but it also educates consumers as new iOS releases are announced through a four-day program.

The conference will reportedly be held online once again and will be available to all developers for free. Details of new versions of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS are expected to be released at the event as well.

In addition to the online conference, Apple will host a special day for developers and students at Apple Park on June 6th to join the online community for a keynote and State of the Union video together.

The company has also invited students at the event to create a Swift Playground app project on a topic of their interest and they can submit it by April 25.
