With around 15,000 employees, Air India celebrated the success of its SOAR program. Team Horizon from IIM Bangalore emerged as the winners of the inaugural edition, while Team JMH from IMT Ghaziabad secured the first runners-up position.

Teams "Republic of Restless" from IIM Shillong and "Horizon" from IIFT jointly earned the second runners-up title. The competition witnessed participation from 27 esteemed business schools.
