News Synopsis

Six years old Aleesha Gandia has made herself an icon for many youngsters. She is a young girl and is highly involved in making people aware of climate change. She has achieved so much at such a young age, not only this she has also made people aware of the need to keep the climate safe and make people aware of the necessary measures that we need to follow to save the climate and environment. 

She has set a Climate Change Club at her school as well. Aleesha has also made several other efforts to make people aware of the issue. She wrote letters and emails to the United Kingdom's largest firms and most influential individuals asking them to support her initiative. Above all this, her efforts have also been recognized BY Queen Elizabeth as well. Aleesha has also organized several fundraisers under this and the money collected through the fundraisers goes to save the forests and nature.  Recently, she is named to receive the Prime Minister's Point of Light Award. With this announcement, Aleesha has become the 1755th person to receive this award.
