Forbes has named Elon Musk the Top Billionaire of 2022 for the first-ever time, surpassing Jeff Bezos last year. Musk's wealth is now 2.85 billion more than last year. From 2,855 billionaires last year, the number of billionaires has fallen slightly. The list this year includes 2.8 billionaires. These billionaires had 1.28 trillion dollars in assets this year. This is slightly less than the 13 lakh 10 000 crores last year. This means that the wealth of the world's richest people has declined this year in comparison to last year.
