News Synopsis

A software debugging and observability platform, Zipy has raised $2.8 million in its seed funding round led by Blume Ventures and operator-led capital firm Together Fund

Founded in 2020 by IIT Roorkee graduate and product development veteran Vishalini Paliwal, Zipy allows software teams to combine session replay, error monitoring, and intelligent insights on an integrated platform to identify, prioritize and debug critical intelligent insight in real-time.

It also has a subscription plan for as low as $39 per month for bigger teams and allows them to avail more features on the platform. The pricing increases to $200-500 per month if it is used by mid-sized firms which need a more sophisticated configuration.

The company anticipates market opportunities as large as 30 million developers worldwide. This is worth $10 billion in value terms. "We see great traction in the United States, South America, and Europe," said Paliwal.

Headquartered in San Francisco and with an office in Pune, Zipy will use the funds from this round to enhance its technology, recruitment, marketing, and sales capabilities.
