Truecaller has launched AI-Powered Call Recording for both iOS and Android users in India, allowing them to record, transcribe, and summarize calls within the Truecaller app. This feature, exclusive to Truecaller Premium subscribers, aims to provide a seamless and productive call experience. Users can receive detailed transcriptions and AI-generated call summaries, leveraging AI technology for improved call management.

Answer or initiate a call.
Open the Truecaller app and navigate to the "Search" tab.
Select "Record a call" and connect to the Truecaller recording line.
Merge the calls and tap "Record" to begin recording.
You will receive a push notification when the recording is complete.
Open the Truecaller dialer and use the dedicated recording button.
Alternatively, use the "floating" button during a call in another dialer app.
Tap the recording button to start or stop recording at any point during the call.
A push notification will inform you when the recording and transcription are ready.
The call recording feature is part of the Truecaller Premium subscription, starting at Rs 75 per month or Rs 529 per year.
While the call recording feature is being rolled out on both platforms, transcription support is currently available only for English and Hindi languages.
